I build micro/nano devices to make remote medical diagnostics accessible. At IIT Bombay I study electrically tunable strain in 2D TMD heterostructures for optoelectronic applications. Earlier, I worked on flexible MEMS for biomedical/RF, GaN/AlGaN HEMTs for dosimetry and RF, and RF sensors and antennas.
When I’m not doing that, I:
- design and simulate devices in COMSOL, Silvaco Atlas/Victory, Ansys HFSS, and Keysight ADS.
- fabricate and characterize using soft lithography (PDMS), thin films, image‑reversal lithography, and SEM.
- prototype and measure RF/biomedical sensors and GaN HEMTs.
- teach in Electronic Devices Lab, Maker Space Lab, and 2D Materials & Devices.
This site is my open lab notebook—short notes, references, and the occasional deep‑dive.
